ClarifyGo, which is currently undergoing beta-testing, is ideal for customers looking for an easy to deploy, scalable, web-based recording solution that saves them money upfront. ClarifyGo will be maintained and managed by Oak in the cloud, removing the need for extensive IT support inhouse and ensuring business continuity.
ClarifyGo will be widely available later this summer.
Oak believes that the addition of a SaaS option will broaden the appeal of Clarify as the go-to recording solution for Teams. With intelligent features such as speech analytics and quality measurement, Clarify is already available as a popular single instance solution that is much in demand in sectors like finance, where organizations often wish to retain greater control over their data.
Clarify’s ability to capture voice data from traditional telephony systems, as well as Teams, also makes it the perfect choice for organizations using a hybrid of both e.g. Teams+Mitel.
