A few things to note:
The office will close 24 December - 2 January.
The Oak office will close from midday on Tuesday 24 December 2019 and reopen at 9am on Thursday 2 January 2020. We’ll do our best to tie up any loose ends before we go, making sure any outstanding orders are dispatched by midday on Thursday 19 December.
We’ve got sales and support covered
You can still get in touch with sales or support queries over the festive period on 0845 1362 625. It’s free for Gold and Platinum customers. If you’ve got a Silver support plan, you can still use the service but may incur a small charge for support out of hours.
Our 24-hour emergency service is also available over the festive period, all day every day. If it’s not already included in your contract and you need immediate assistance, you can still use the service on a pay-as-you-go basis during public holidays. Please call 0845 1362 625.
And finally, if you’re using our health monitoring service, don’t forget to configure the service to match your working hours over the Christmas period to make sure you’re covered.
