Release 2.2 brings Clarify to the hosted market for the first time, using Oak’s own SIP technology to provide users with cost-effective, high quality recording and quality measurement with advanced compliance capabilities and management tools.
This release also extends existing on-premises integrations with Avaya IP Office and Mitel MiVoice Connect to accommodate complex multi-site businesses, allowing calls to be captured across highly distributed organisations and accessed via a single web portal.
Redundancy options are also included in the new release to satisfy mission-critical call recording scenarios, such as FCA and MiFID II compliance or critical service fulfilment, ensuring that recording continues uninterrupted and every conversation is captured.
Oak Director of Voice Processing, Richard Garel-Jones says Clarify delivers cost-effective, feature-rich recording capabilities in line with emergent technologies and changing customer needs.
“Customers want choice, flexibility and resilience from their applications, including their call recorder. Whether their focus is creating a great customer experience, or ensuring statutory compliance, Clarify fits within their IT framework to capture, store securely, and analyse the communications that matter.”
